We're looking for a friendly, organised, and enthusiastic Client Relations Manager (Front Desk) to be the first point of contact for our clients and help create an exceptional studio experience.

What you'll do

- Manage client enquiries, consultations, bookings, appointments, and follow-ups across all communication channels.
- Oversee client relationship management for tattoo, piercing, and tattoo school operations, ensuring a high standard of customer service and communication.
- Supervise school enquiries, admissions, student coordination, and operational processes.
- Coordinate with artists, mentors, accounts, and management to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Maintain enquiry, booking, attendance, payment, and operational records, and submit required reports to management, HR, and accounts.




- Guide and support junior Client Relationship Executives and ensure adherence to company processes and communication standards.
- Handle escalations, resolve client and student concerns, and perform any other duties assigned by the Employer from time to time

Requirements: ✔ Minimum one year experience

✔Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam

✔ Positive interpersonal and customer service skills

✔ Basic computer knowledge

✔ Candidates based in or willing to work in Kochi

Location: Kochi, Kerala

Position: Full-time

Salary: Starting from ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)
