Role Description The Client Relations Specialist internship is an on-site role based in Remote, OR. This position supports clients using Secure Place™ solutions by responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and guiding them through platform features and safety programs. The intern will assist in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction by managing client communications, documenting feedback,



and coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues promptly.

Daily responsibilities include following up on support tickets, helping organize safety workshops and certification-related activities, and contributing to client onboarding and training materials. The role offers exposure to workplace safety, client success practices, and civicTech operations.

Qualifications

- Strong interpersonal skills and client relations experience to build trust and maintain long-term relationships.
- Background in customer support and customer satisfaction, with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
- Clear and confident communication skills, including active listening and concise written and verbal communication.
- Interest in workplace safety, civicTech, or HR/compliance, with the ability to quickly learn platform features and safety frameworks.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple client requests and follow-ups efficiently.
- Ability to work on-site in Remote, OR and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant coursework or experience in business, communications, psychology, or a related field is beneficial.
