We're looking for a motivated Client Acquisition & Outreach Specialist who can help us connect with potential clients and bring new projects to Design Eternity.

What Will You Do?

Your main responsibility will be to find people and businesses who may need graphic design services and reach out to them professionally.

You will research and contact potential clients through platforms such as:

- Instagram
- YouTube
- Facebook
- LinkedIn
- Email
- Other social media platforms

You'll be looking for people such as:

YouTubers

Instagram Creators & Pages

Singers & Musicians

Artists

Podcasters

Content Creators

Influencers

Small Businesses

Restaurants & Cafés

Clothing Brands

Event Organizers

Companies & Organizations

…and anyone else who could benefit from skilled design services.

Your Responsibilities

- Find potential clients who may require graphic design services.
- Research creators, artists, businesses, and brands online.
- Identify opportunities where Design Eternity could provide value.
- Contact potential clients through DMs, emails, or other appropriate methods.




- Introduce Design Eternity and our services.
- Start conversations with potential clients.
- Understand what type of design they may be looking for.
- Follow up with interested prospects.
- Keep track of the people you have contacted.
- Pass interested/qualified clients to the Design Eternity team.
- Maintain professional communication with potential clients.

You do not need to create the designs yourself. Your primary job is to find and connect us with clients.

Commission Structure

This position is 100% commission-based.

You will receive 30% of the amount paid by every client you personally bring to Design Eternity.

Example

If you bring a client who pays:

₹5,000 → You receive ₹1,500

₹10,000 → You receive ₹3,000

₹25,000 → You receive ₹7,500

₹50,000 → You receive ₹15,000

There is no fixed salary and no limit on your potential earnings.

When Will You Get Paid?

Your commission will be paid after Design Eternity receives the payment from the client.

If the client pays in installments, your commission will be paid proportionally after each payment is received.

Example:

A client agrees to a ₹20,000 project and pays ₹10,000 initially.

You would receive your 30% commission on the ₹10,000 actually received:

₹10,000 × 30% = ₹3,000

When the remaining ₹10,000 is received,



you would receive another ₹3,000.

Who We're Looking For

You could be a great fit if you:

- Are confident communicating with people online.
- Know how to use Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, or other social platforms.
- Can write friendly and professional messages.
- Are comfortable approaching people you don't know.
- Can identify potential clients and opportunities.
- Are motivated by commission-based earnings.
- Are consistent with outreach and follow-ups.
- Can work independently.
- Are organized and keep track of your leads.

Previous experience in sales, marketing, lead generation, client acquisition, or outreach is a plus — but not required.

What matters most is your ability to find opportunities, communicate professionally, and bring clients.
