About the Role:

We are searching for a results-driven Client Acquisition Specialist to expand our residential and commercial interior design client base. You will serve as the primary bridge between prospective clients and our design team, converting high-value leads into active contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate and qualify high-potential leads across residential, commercial, and turnkey design projects.
- Conduct initial client consultations, understand project requirements, scope of work, budget expectations, and design tastes.
- Present pitch decks, design concept proposals, and formal price estimates alongside interior designers.
- Negotiate pricing terms, finalize project contracts,



and ensure smooth handoffs to project managers.
- Maintain solid client relationships throughout execution to capture repeat business and client referrals.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or related fields.
- 2–4 years of client-facing sales or business development experience in interior design, real estate, or high-end decor.
- Strong communication, sales negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with architectural layouts, budget estimation, and design concepts is highly preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
