Role Description The Civil Structural Engineer will be responsible for designing and reviewing structural elements related to ducting systems and associated infrastructure, ensuring safety, durability, and compliance with relevant codes and standards. Day-to-day tasks include performing structural analysis, preparing design calculations and drawings, coordinating with project teams and clients, and providing technical support during fabrication, installation, and commissioning. The role involves site inspections, resolving structural issues,



and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver turnkey ducting projects efficiently.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, requiring close interaction with engineering, production, and project management teams.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design for industrial and building projects.
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Structural Engineering and Structural Analysis for safe and efficient ducting and support systems.
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Project Management to plan, coordinate, and deliver turnkey ducting projects on schedule and within budget.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering; a master’s degree or specialized coursework in structural design is an advantage.
- Working knowledge of relevant design codes and standards (e.g., IS codes, steel and concrete design) and familiarity with engineering design software (such as STAAD, ETABS, AutoCAD, or similar tools).
- Experience in industrial or HVAC-related projects, including ducting systems, support structures, and installation practices, is highly beneficial.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and capability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams on-site.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to document calculations, reports, and drawings clearly and accurately.
