Role: Civil Supervisor – Real Estate

Experience: 3–7 years in Civil Construction / Real Estate Projects

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site.
- Monitor construction work as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedule.
- Supervise activities such as RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, and finishing works.
- Allocate work to workers and contractors and monitor their performance.
- Check quality of materials and workmanship at the site.
- Take site measurements and maintain daily progress records.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, contractors, architects, and other project teams.
- Monitor material usage and ensure minimum wastage.
- Identify site issues and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and construction materials.
- Maintain site safety, housekeeping,



and required safety practices.
- Monitor project progress and report daily updates to management.
- Ensure work is completed within the given timeline and quality standards.

Required Skills:

- Solid knowledge of civil construction and site supervision.
- Understanding of construction drawings and specifications.
- Knowledge of RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, and finishing work.
- Good manpower and contractor handling skills.
- Ability to check measurements and quality of work.
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of construction safety practices.
- Good communication and reporting skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
