- Foundational knowledge of civil and structural engineering principles, including exposure to design concepts and construction methods.
- Proficiency or familiarity with CAD and BIM tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar platforms) for drafting and modeling.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret technical drawings and project specifications.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work within multidisciplinary teams and follow guidance from senior professionals.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in documentation, drawing preparation, and data management.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Willingness to work in office in Surat and adapt to a fast-paced, project-oriented environment.
- Basic understanding of relevant building codes and industry standards is an advantage.
