Core Responsibilities

- Planning &
- Design:

Analyze site survey reports, geological data, and maps to plan and design structural systems using CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software.

- Project Supervision: Oversee on-site operations, monitor construction progress, and ensure projects align with structural plans, quality standards, and safety guidelines.

- Cost Estimation &

- Budgeting:

Prepare material, labor, and equipment cost estimates to verify economic feasibility and manage budgets.

- Testing &

- Quality Control:

Perform or direct soil and building material testing (such as concrete, steel, and asphalt) to ensure structural stability.

- Regulatory Compliance: Prepare permit applications and ensure compliance with local, national, environmental, and building codes.

- Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with architects, contractors, environmental specialists, government officials, and clients to resolve design or site issues.
