We are looking for an experienced Civil Head with 18–30 years of experience, preferably from the real estate development industry, to lead and oversee the complete civil construction activities of our projects.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in managing large-scale residential and commercial projects, with proven expertise in project planning, execution, quality, cost control, safety, and team management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all civil construction activities from planning through project completion.
- Oversee multiple real estate projects and ensure timely execution as per approved schedules.
- Review project drawings, specifications, BOQs, estimates, and construction methodologies.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP teams, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, quality standards, budge
