Key Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in civil engineering projects
- Robust knowledge and hands-on experience in:
- Road construction and maintenance
- Drainage systems
- Boundary wall construction
- Residential building construction
- Ability to plan, supervise, and execute projects efficiently
- Sound understanding of construction materials, site management, and quality control
- Capable of coordinating with contractors, vendors, and internal teams
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and committed to contributing to institutional growth

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage civil works from planning to completion
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets
- Maintain quality and safety standards at site




- Prepare reports, estimates, and technical documentation as required
