Role Description This is a full time, on-site Civil Engineer role based in the Greater Indore Area.

The Civil

Engineer will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing construction and maintenance of building and infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and reviewing technical drawings and design documents, performing site inspections, monitoring construction progress, and coordinating with project managers, contractors, and other engineering professionals. The role also involves analyzing project requirements,



supporting stormwater management and drainage solutions, addressing site issues, and preparing reports and documentation for stakeholders.

The Civil

Engineer will contribute to cost estimates, risk assessments, and quality control to support successful project delivery.

Qualifications

- Civil Engineering fundamentals, including Civil Engineering Design and applied Civil Engineering principles.
- - Planning skills for project scheduling, resource allocation, and site coordination.
- Knowledge of Stormwater Management, drainage systems, and related infrastructure solutions.
- Relevant degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
- Familiarity with industry standards, local building codes, and safety regulations.
- Proficiency with engineering and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, civil design tools) and basic MS Office applications.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Ability to work on-site full time in the Greater Indore Area and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced project environment.
