Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer with 5–7 years of relevant experience in civil construction, structural design, and site execution. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of civil engineering and structural works, along with an understanding of applicable building regulations, statutory requirements, and construction-related legal matters.

The candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supervising civil and structural activities, ensuring quality and compliance, reviewing drawings and designs, and coordinating with contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, supervise, and monitor civil and structural construction activities at project sites.
- Review and coordinate structural designs, civil drawings, and technical specifications.
- Ensure construction work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
- Inspect structural and civil works including RCC, concrete, foundations, steel structures, masonry, and related works.
- Coordinate with structural consultants, architects, contractors, vendors, and other project stakeholders.
- Check measurements, BOQs, quantity estimates, material requirements, and project documentation.
- Identify technical issues at site and provide appropriate engineering solutions.




- Conduct regular site inspections and monitor workmanship and construction quality.
- Maintain project records, inspection reports, measurements, and other technical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, construction regulations, statutory requirements, and local authorities' requirements.
- Handle and coordinate construction-related documentation and approvals.
- Monitor contractors' work and ensure adherence to project specifications and safety requirements.
- Prepare progress reports and communicate project updates to management.
- Support management in resolving civil, structural, and construction-related technical or legal matters.

Required Skills & Knowledge
- Strong knowledge of Civil Engineering and Structural Design.
- Practical knowledge of RCC, concrete, foundations, steel structures, and building construction.
- Valuable understanding of structural drawings and construction drawings.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and other relevant civil/structural design software.
- Knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity estimation, measurements, and material requirements.
- Understanding of building regulations, construction standards, statutory approvals, and civil/construction-related legal requirements.




- Good site supervision and contractor management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple site activities.

Qualification & Experience
- Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in civil construction, structural works, site execution, or a similar role.
- Candidates with experience in structural design, industrial/commercial construction, and statutory/legal compliance will be preferred.
