1. Project Execution:

- Oversee and manage on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project progress.
- Monitor and enforce safety protocols on-site.

2. Technical Supervision:

- Interpret and implement construction drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure adherence to standards and resolve any technical issues that arise on-site.
- Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation and reports.

3. Resource Management:

- Plan and allocate resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, effectively. o Liaise with procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Manage site inventory and ensure optimal utilization of resources.

4. Coordination and Communication:





- Work closely with the Construction Manager to provide updates on project status, challenges, and milestones.
- Communicate with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities as needed.
- Foster a cooperative and productive environment among team members

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
