Job DescriptionPosition: Building Planning & AutoCAD Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

- Prepare building plans, layouts, floor plans, elevations, and sections using AutoCAD.
- Develop accurate architectural and construction drawings as per project requirements.
- Handle field/site work, including site measurements, inspections, and verification of drawings.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, contractors, and site teams for smooth project execution.
- Prepare and modify drawings based on site conditions and client requirements.
- Work on BPMS (Building Plan Management System) for building plan submission, documentation, and related approvals.
- Check drawings for dimensions, accuracy, and compliance with applicable building requirements.
- Maintain project drawings, revisions, and technical documentation.
- Assist in preparing estimates, reports, and other project-related documents when required.

Required Skills:





- Good knowledge of AutoCAD 2D,3D and building planning.
- Understanding of architectural drawings and construction processes.
- Knowledge of BPMS and online building-plan submission procedures.
- Ability to take and verify site measurements.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of building rules, regulations, and approval procedures.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Qualification:

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Freshers with relevant AutoCAD and building-planning knowledge may also apply.

Work Type: Office + Field Work Experience: Freshers / 1–3 Years

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
