Prepare detailed 2D drawings and 3D models using CAD software for building approvals, layouts, and NOCs.

Prepare detailed design plans for architects and engineers.

Coordinate with engineers and other departments to ensure accuracy and efficiency in design.

Present drawings and designs to clients and management when required.

Prepare design plans and layouts for real estate promotion activities.

Ensure drawings and designs comply with applicable rules, regulations, and approval requirements.

Requirements

3+ years of relevant experience in Civil Drafting / CAD.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and related CAD software.

Positive understanding of building approvals, layouts, NOCs, and relevant rules & regulations.

Ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and clients.
