We are looking for an experienced Civil Planning Engineer with 7–10 years of experience in construction and infrastructure projects. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, resource planning, coordination with project teams, and ensuring timely execution of project activities.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of construction planning and scheduling, good analytical skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with Project Managers, Site Engineers, subcontractors, consultants and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain detailed project schedules in coordination with the Project Manager and site team.
- Develop baseline schedules, detailed work programs and look-ahead plans.
- Monitor planned vs. actual progress and identify delays and deviations.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports.
- Track critical activities and identify potential delays in advance.
- Prepare recovery plans and monitor corrective actions for delayed activities.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, subcontractors, consultants and other departments.
- Prepare manpower, material and equipment planning in line with project requirements.
- Monitor resource utilization and project productivity.
- Update project schedules based on actual site progress.
- Prepare progress presentations and management reports.
- Analyse project delays and assist in identifying root causes.
- Monitor project milestones and ensure timely completion of activities.
- Coordinate with the execution team to ensure that planning is aligned with actual site conditions.
- Assist in monitoring project costs, quantities and variations where required.
- Maintain proper planning records, documentation and project reports.




- Participate in project review meetings and provide planning-related inputs to management.
- Support the Project Manager in overall project planning, monitoring and execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- 7–10 years of relevant experience in construction/infrastructure project planning.
- Strong knowledge of construction planning and project scheduling.
- Hands-on experience with Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
- Good understanding of construction activities, sequencing and project execution.
- Experience in preparing baseline schedules, look-ahead plans and progress reports.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of manpower and resource planning.
- Ability to identify project delays and prepare recovery plans.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work closely with site and project teams.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

Preferred Experience Experience in large-scale building, infrastructure, industrial, commercial or high-rise construction projects will be preferred.

What We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who can take ownership of project planning rather than only preparing schedules. The candidate should be able to understand what is happening at the site, identify potential delays early, work closely with the execution team and provide practical solutions to keep the project on track.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
