About Mitsu

Mitsu is building a trusted, integrated outpatient mental healthcare network in India. We currently operate multidisciplinary clinics in Mumbai offering therapy, psychiatry and psychological assessments, augmented by technology.

Our immediate goal is to build a strong Mumbai mental healthcare network spanning clinics, virtual care and partnerships, prove a repeatable city model, and then take it to other cities.

The role

We are looking for a City Head – Mumbai to own the Mumbai business end-to-end.

This is a hands-on business-building role with responsibility for P&L;, clinic performance, operations, conversion and new clinic launches.

We intend to keep the city organisation lean, so the candidate should be comfortable getting into the details, solving problems directly and driving outcomes rather than primarily managing a large team.

Over time, the role can evolve into helping replicate the Mitsu model across recent cities.

Key responsibilities

- Own the Mumbai P&L;, revenue and clinic performance
- Drive clinician utilisation, capacity planning and operating efficiency
- Improve lead conversion, bookings in partnership with marketing and patient experience teams
- Work closely with clinic managers and care teams to solve operating issues
- Lead the launch and ramp-up of new clinics
- Build simple dashboards, review mechanisms and scalable processes




- Work closely with Clinical Leadership and Patient Experience to ensure growth without compromising quality
- Help develop a repeatable city playbook for future expansion

Who we are looking for

- 5–10 years of experience
- Meaningful ownership of a P&L;, business unit, cluster, region or operating unit
- Strong combination of commercial and operational capability
- Experience in a multi-location or service-led business
- Comfortable working in a lean team and getting hands-on with execution when needed
- Strong analytical ability, judgement and bias for action
- Able to move between numbers, people, processes and on-ground execution

Experience in healthcare or other multi-location consumer service businesses would be particularly relevant.

Compensation

We offer a competitive compensation package comprising fixed pay and performance-linked variable pay, aligned with the scope and ownership of the role.

Compensation will be discussed based on experience, current compensation and fit for the role.

Mumbai — this will be a highly on-ground role across Mitsu clinics.
