Role Description The City Head – Mumbai role is a full-time, in office position based in Mumbai, responsible for overseeing RED Health’s operations and growth in the Mumbai region.

The City

Head will manage city-wide emergency response services, coordinate with hospitals, partners, and internal teams, and ensure high-quality, timely service delivery. This role includes leading and mentoring local operational and support staff, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing process improvements to enhance patient experience and service reliability.

The City

Head will collaborate with business development, medical, and technology teams to strengthen partnerships, drive adoption of RED Health solutions, and expand the city’s network coverage. The role also involves budget oversight,



compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and regular reporting to senior leadership on city performance and strategic initiatives.

This is a P&L; Role measured by the EBITDA achieved, and cash flow delivered.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in city or regional operations management, preferably in healthcare, logistics, or related sectors. We like diverse candidates so if you don't fall in the above categories, feel free to apply.
- Ability to drive teams to the fullest - Recruit, train, prune, and scale
- Likeable personality - clients should be able to have a conversation with you.
- Data driven and insight oriented
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and local languages preferred.
- Experience in coordinating on-ground logistics and service delivery in fast-paced, high-accountability environments.
- Comfort working with digital tools, dashboards, and reporting systems to manage city operations.
- High level of integrity, resilience, and commitment to RED Health’s mission of saving lives and improving emergency care access.
