Position: Associate Consultant

Employment Type: Contractual (1 year then renewal)

Responsibilities

- Handle inbound calls (non technical) and assist in query solving
- Transfer calls to relevant departments as required
- Maintain professional and helpful tone

Eligibility

* Fresher with Graduation (technical / honors) mandatory

- Fluent in Bengali & Hindi; English is a plus
- Versatile working in all shifts as:

- Morning: 6:30 AM – 1:00 PM
- Evening: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- Night: 9:00 PM – 6:30 AM

* Open to 6 day’s work week
- Immediate joiners preferred

Salary & Benefits:
- Fixed salary and allowance up-to INR 14,000.00 per month
- PF, ESI and statutory benefits
- Shift allowance and OT pay
