Job Responsibilities

- Raw Material Testing: Inspect and test incoming polymer resins, masterbatches, and compounds for properties like melt flow index and density. [1, 2]

- In-Process Inspection: Monitor plastic processing operations—such as injection molding, extrusion, or blow molding—to catch defects early. [1, 2]

- Finished Goods Verification: Check final molded components for dimensional accuracy, tensile strength, and visual defects. [1, 2]

- Standard Compliance: Maintain quality management systems aligned with ISO 9001 and international testing standards (ASTM, ISO). [1, 2]

- Documentation & Audits: Record test data, maintain calibration logs for testing equipment, and handle root-cause analysis for customer complaints.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
