Position - Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Location : Mumbai (50%) + Nagpur (50%) |

10-15 years operations in luxury (jewellery, watches, fashion, hospitality). Has scaled a multi-city brand before. Can negotiate leases, contracts, and vendor deals.

Daily / weekly work

Owns city-by-city rollout: Nagpur renovation completion, Delhi placement, Bangalore, Pernia's, exhibition logistics.

Manages vendor relationships: PR agency, event producers, security, logistics.

Weekly review with Founder on the action plan.

Owns hiring of all roles below VP level.

Owns the budget monthly P&L; review with Founder and Finance Manager.

Key Result Areas (KRA)

On-time delivery of city milestones.

Burn rate vs. plan (10% of monthly budget).

Vendor cost control.

Team hiring milestones met.

Year-1 deliverable: All city milestones shipped on time, within budget. Three exhibitions executed.
