We are seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee daily operations, improve processes, manage team performance, and ensure efficient service delivery.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure effective service delivery.
- Develop and improve operational processes, systems, and protocols.
- Monitor teams and ensure achievement of assigned KPIs and targets.
- Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions.
- Manage client-facing operational requirements and maintain strong client relationships.
- Ensure compliance with company and operational protocols.
- Manage and negotiate with vendors and service providers.
- Monitor operational risks and implement appropriate mitigation measures.
- Prepare operational reports and provide recommendations to senior management.
- Drive accountability, efficiency, and continuous improvement across teams.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, Security Management, or a related field.
- 8–12 years' experience in operations management, preferably within the security industry.
- Previous experience as a COO, Operations Director, Head of Operations, or similar senior leadership role.
- Solid experience managing teams and performance against KPIs.
