Own the design, rollout, and profitability of SRV's statewide branch and channel-partner network across Chhattisgarh. Convert the district expansion plan into an operating reality hubs, own branches, and partner districts and carry accountability for the network's revenue and contribution targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Network rollout: Drive the phased rollout of hubs, own branches, and partner districts to full statewide coverage per the approved plan.
- P&L; ownership: Own the network P&L; — installed MWp, revenue, gross margin, and net contribution against annual targets.
- Target-setting: Set and cascade MWp and revenue targets to Regional Managers and branches; run monthly review cadence.
- Channel strategy: Direct the Channel Manager on partner recruitment, onboarding, and performance across partner districts.
- Systems & control: Ensure every branch and partner transacts on SAP S/4HANA from day one — leads, inventory, service, billing.
- Regulatory interface: Build DISCOM (CSPDCL) liaison capability and subsidy-processing (PM Surya Ghar) discipline across the network.
- Team building: Recruit, train,
and hold accountable Regional and Branch Managers; build a performance culture.
- Capital discipline: Validate district-level break-even before committing fixed headcount, especially in thin partner districts.
Key Result Areas
- Phase 1 hubs operational and Phase 2 own branches launched on schedule.
- Network Year-1 installed-volume and revenue target achieved.
- 100% of branches and partners live on SAP with clean data.
- Partner network onboarded across target districts with active pipeline.
Candidate Profile
- Experience: 12–18 years in solar / renewables / EPC / infrastructure, with multi-location P&L; or regional-head experience.
- Qualification: MBA preferred; engineering background an advantage. Understanding of solar EPC economics essential.
- Domain: Network / distribution build-out, C&I; and rooftop solar, channel management, DISCOM processes, ERP-driven operations.
- Attributes: Strategic yet execution-focused; robust on numbers; able to build and lead dispersed teams across Chhattisgarh.
