- Lead the overall Human Resources function and develop HR strategies aligned with the organization's vision, business objectives, and growth plans.
- Drive Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations, and Employee Relations across the organization.
- Partner with the CEO, Board Members, and Business Heads to build a high-performance, future-ready workforce.
- Develop workforce planning, succession planning, leadership development, and talent retention strategies.
- Oversee recruitment and manpower planning for corporate, technical, sales, operational, and leadership roles.
- Lead organizational transformation, culture-building initiatives, change management programs, and employee engagement strategies.

- Establish HR policies, SOPs, governance frameworks, and best practices to support business growth and operational excellence.
- Build solid employer branding initiatives and position the organization as an employer of choice within the industry.
- Represent HR at the executive leadership level and provide strategic guidance on people-related decisions and organizational effectiveness.
