- Financial Planning, Analysis & Business Partnering — primary mandate • Own the Annual Operating Plan and quarterly re-forecast across the group entities.

- Build margin analytics that change decisions — principal-wise, SKU-wise and territory-wise gross margin after landed cost, schemes and freight.
- Partner with Sales and Procurement on pricing, discount structuring, tender bid margins and recent product line business cases. Treasury & Working Capital • Own the 13-week rolling cash flow at entity and group level, with weekly variance tracking.
- Drive DSO, inventory days and the cash conversion cycle against agreed targets — with accountability for outcomes, not only reporting.
- Manage institutional and hospital collections, credit governance, and security deposits held by customers.

Close & Compliance • Close the books across all group entities by D+7 on a published calendar with named owners.
- Maintain balance sheet integrity — monthly reconciliations with no ageing differences or plugs carried forward.
- Own inventory accounting: batch and expiry-level valuation, provisioning policy, cycle counts, and inter-entity stock transfers.
- Ensure GST, TDS/TCS, payroll statutory and Companies Act compliance; manage statutory, internal and tax audits end to end. Process, Controls & ERP • Strengthen internal financial controls across order-to-cash, procure-to-pay and inventory, with documented SOPs and maker-checker discipline.
- Drive Odoo adoption and master data hygiene; eliminate parallel manual registers.
- Identify and close revenue and margin leakage — unbilled deliveries, unrecovered principal claims, pricing overrides, expiry absorption.
- Build and develop the finance team; create bench strength so the function is not single-person dependent.
