The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the company’s overall financial strategy and operations, including financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, audits, statutory compliance, risk management, and banking relationships. The candidate will work closely with the MD and senior management team to provide accurate financial insights, support strategic business decisions, optimize cash flow and working capital, and ensure robust financial controls. The role requires a strong background in finance, accounting, and management, along with excellent analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

- Create and present financial and tax strategy recommendations to MD and senior management team
- Support the financial planning and analysis efforts
- Oversee cash flow, cash management, working capital, and company audits
- Prepare financial statements and reports
- Ensure legal compliance on all financial functions
- Manage relationships with banks

Qualifications

- Strong finance-based analytical skills
- 10 - 15 years' of finance experience
- CPA or MBA preferred but not required
