Role Description The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a full-time, on-site role based in Cuttack, responsible for overseeing all financial operations of Khimji Jewellers. The CFO will lead financial planning and budgeting, manage cash flow, and ensure the integrity of financial statements and reporting. This role includes developing financial strategies to support growth, profitability, and risk management, while maintaining compliance with regulatory and accounting standards.

The CFO will provide financial insights to the leadership team, support strategic decision-making,



and optimize capital allocation and investment decisions. The position also involves leading the finance team, improving financial systems and processes, collaborating with auditors, and maintaining strong relationships with banks and other financial partners.

Qualifications

- Robust foundation in core finance disciplines, including Finance, Financial Planning, and Financial Statements.

- Proficiency in Financial Reporting, with the ability to produce accurate, timely, and compliant reports for internal and external stakeholders.

- Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, identify trends, assess risks, and support strategic decision-making.

- Experience in treasury management, budgeting, cost control, and cash flow optimization.

- Proven track record in a senior finance leadership role, preferably in retail, luxury goods, or a similar industry.

- Skilled qualification such as CA, CPA, CMA, MBA in Finance, or equivalent is highly desirable.

- Solid leadership and team management capabilities, with the ability to mentor and develop finance professionals.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work closely with executive leadership and external partners.

- High level of integrity, accountability, and commitment to ethical financial practices.
