Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic, hands-on Chief Financial Officer to lead finance and support the company’s sustainable growth. The CFO will partner with leadership and operational teams to strengthen financial performance, planning, governance, and decision-making across the business. This is an on-site, full-time role based in Basant Lok, Vasant Vihar, New Delhi.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow management, and long-range financial strategy.
- Oversee accounting, monthly and annual closing, statutory and management reporting, and compliance with applicable Indian laws and accounting standards.
- Provide timely analysis of business performance, working capital, cash conversion, margins, and profitability by product, customer, and operation.
- Partner with manufacturing, procurement, sales, and leadership teams on costing, pricing, inventory, productivity, and commercial decisions.
- Evaluate capital expenditure,



investment proposals, financing requirements, and business risks.
- Maintain effective internal controls, audit readiness, treasury, tax, and financial governance processes.
- Improve finance systems, ERP use, reporting quality, and process efficiency.
- Build and lead a capable finance team and communicate financial insights clearly to executives and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Senior finance leadership experience, preferably as a CFO or finance head in manufacturing, engineering, forging, or another industrial business.
- Strong expertise in financial planning and analysis, accounting, cash and working-capital management, costing, taxation, audit, and compliance in India.
- Demonstrated ability to translate operational data into practical financial decisions and business improvements.
- Experience with ERP and financial reporting systems; robust analytical, communication, and team leadership skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or commerce; CA, CMA, MBA, or equivalent qualification preferred.
