Srikara Group of Hospitals is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead financial strategy and oversee finance operations across its hospital branches.

Key responsibilities

Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and financial performance reviews.

Present branch-wise revenue, expenditure, profitability, and variance reports to management.

Strengthen controls over billing, collections, refunds, procurement, and payments.

Oversee accounting, payroll finance, taxation, statutory compliance, audits, and banking relationships.

Partner with branch leadership to improve operational efficiency and support expansion plans.

Build reliable reporting systems and lead the finance and accounts teams.

Requirements

CA qualification preferred.

Senior finance leadership experience, preferably in a hospital or healthcare group.

Robust knowledge of multi-branch financial controls, compliance, and management reporting.

Ability to work closely with hospital operations and senior leadership.

Location Hyderabad
