The ideal candidate is responsible for providing strategic leadership, operational excellence, and financial stewardship for the organization. The CEO will oversee all aspects of the company's business operations, including project execution, business development, financial performance, risk management, stakeholder relationships and organizational growth. Proven experience managing river bridge, flyover, elevated corridor, highway or large infrastructure projects.

Having strong exposure to EPC contracts, government tenders and infrastructure financing.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership :-

- Develop and implement the company's long-term vision, mission, and growth strategy.
- Identify emerging market opportunities in infrastructure, transportation, bridge, and urban development sectors.
- Lead business expansion initiatives across regions and markets.
- Establish strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and alliances with public and private sector entities.

2. Business Development & Tender Management

- Lead the acquisition of large-scale infrastructure projects through government, semi government, and private sector clients.
- Review and approve bidding strategies for EPC, Design-Build, BOT, HAM, and PPP infrastructure projects.
- Strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, including NHAI, Railways, State Governments, Municipal Corporations, and Infrastructure Authorities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

3. Project Execution & Operations

- Ensure successful execution of bridge, flyover, elevated road, and infrastructure projects within budget, schedule, and quality parameters.
- Oversee project planning, resource allocation, procurement, engineering and construction activities.
- Monitor performance indicators across all active projects. • Drive operational efficiency and productivity improvements.




- Ensure implementation of advanced construction technologies and best practices.

4. Financial Management

- Lead annual budgeting, financial planning, and capital allocation.
- Ensure achievement of revenue, profitability, and cash flow targets.
- Monitor project costing, contract management, and financial risks.
- Optimize resource utilization and improve return on investments.
- Present financial and operational reports to the Board of Directors.

5. Governance, Compliance & Risk Management

- Ensure compliance with all statutory, regulatory, contractual, and environmental requirements.
- Establish effective risk management frameworks for project, commercial, legal, and financial risks. • Promote a strong culture of ethics, transparency, and corporate governance.
- Ensure adherence to ISO standards, safety regulations, and quality management systems.

7. Leadership & Talent Development

- Build and lead a high-performance executive management team.
- Drive organizational culture focused on accountability, innovation, safety, and operational excellence.
- Develop succession planning and leadership development programs.
- Foster employee engagement and qualified growth across the organization.

6. Stakeholder Management

- Represent the company before clients, government agencies, financial institutions, consultants, and industry forums.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, lenders, and strategic partners.
- Handle high-level negotiations related to contracts, claims, and business opportunities.

Required Qualifications Education

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Mandatory).
- Master's Degree in Construction Management, Structural Engineering, Project Management, or MBA preferred. Experience

EXPERIENCE :- Minimum 20–25 years of progressive experience in civil construction and infrastructure development, from which at least 10 years in senior leadership or executive management roles.
