To partner with us in this exciting journey and unlock new values for the business, we are looking for passionate professionals for the Chief Commercial Officer, VAML- Jharsuguda.

Roles & Responsibilites:

- Commercial Leadership: Define and execute commercial strategies across procurement, logistics, customer service, and Capex.
- Procurement Oversight: Ensure cost-effective sourcing of raw materials, capital goods, and services aligned with organizational priorities.
- Logistics & Dispatch: Supervise domestic and international logistics,



port dispatches, and container sourcing for timely delivery.
- Contract Management: Lead contract negotiations, execution, and compliance with legal and commercial requirements.
- Vendor Optimization: Drive rationalisation and consolidate POs for cost efficiency.
- Financial Management: Monitor budgets, optimize costs, and ensure profitability across commercial operations.
- Risk Management: Identify risks in procurement, logistics, and contracts; implement mitigation measures.
- Digitalization: Drive adoption of ERP/CRM systems and digital dashboards for commercial operations.
- Governance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to statutory trade regulations, audit requirements, and organizational policies.
- Reporting: Present MIS reports, dashboards, and commercial performance metrics to the CEO and Board.
- Team Leadership: Mentor functional heads and team, building organizational capability and fostering collaboration.

Education Qualification | Work-Ex| Desired Attributes:

- B.Tech. in any Stream and MBA or PGDM in Supply Chain, Operations, or Strategic Management (preferred)
- 15 years of experience in preferably in commercial operations, strategic sourcing, or supply chain leadership
- Techno Commercial mindset with solid leadership skills across diverse procurement verticals
- Strategic sourcing and contract negotiation expertise along with deep understanding of commodity markets and global supply chains
- Ability to lead transformation and change management initiatives
