Role Description The Checker role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mundra. The Checker will be responsible for verifying incoming and outgoing cargo, ensuring quantities, descriptions, and documentation match physical consignments. Day-to-day tasks include checking labels and container numbers, recording discrepancies, supporting loading and unloading operations, and coordinating with warehouse staff and supervisors.

The role also involves maintaining accurate logs, assisting with inventory counts,



and adhering to company safety and compliance procedures. The Checker will work closely with operations and documentation teams to ensure smooth, error-free logistics processes.

Qualifications

- Robust attention to detail and accuracy in counting, checking, and recording cargo information.
- Basic understanding of logistics, warehousing, or container depot operations, preferably in freight forwarding environments.
- Ability to read and interpret shipment documents, labels, and basic reports.
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with supervisors, warehouse staff, and other team members.
- Physical ability to work in an on-site depot environment, including standing for extended periods and working around cargo and containers.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and use of warehouse or logistics software is an advantage.
- Prior experience in a similar checker, warehouse assistant, or operations support role is preferred.
- Commitment to safety, compliance, and following standard operating procedures.
- Minimum high school education or equivalent; additional vocational training in logistics or supply chain is beneficial.
