Chartered Accountant (Qualified CA) — Financial Accounting

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (Qualified CA) with 0 to 1 year of post-qualification experience to manage core financial accounting, general ledger operations, and financial reporting within our gems and jewelry manufacturing and export setup.

Key Responsibilities

- Core Accounting & Bookkeeping: Oversee general ledger maintenance, trial balance reconciliations, and periodic month-end/year-end closing processes.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare month-end and annual P&L;, Balance Sheet, and cash flow statements in compliance with accounting standards.
- Inventory & Tax Compliance: Manage inventory valuation/reconciliations and execute routine GST and TDS calculations and filings.
- Reconciliations & Audits: Perform bank, vendor,



and customer account reconciliations; assist internal and statutory auditors during audit cycles.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: Fully Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA designation) [Mandatory].
- Experience: Fresher to 1 year of post-qualification experience in financial accounting.
- Technical Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and hands-on experience with accounting software (Tally / ERP).
- Industry Acumen: Exposure to or understanding of the Gems & Jewellery or Export sector is preferred.
