We are looking for a Qualified/Semi-Qualified CA with experience in Income Tax assessments and litigation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle Income Tax scrutiny and assessments.
- Handle Search & Seizure and Survey matters.
- Draft replies, submissions, appeals, grounds of appeal, and rejoinders.
- Represent clients before CIT(A) and ITAT.
- Conduct research on Income Tax laws, case laws, CBDT circulars, and judicial rulings.
- Manage Income Tax portal filings, documentation, and case records.
Requirements:
- Qualified/Semi-Qualified CA.
- 1–2 years of relevant Income Tax litigation & assessment experience.
- Hands-on experience in Search & Seizure and appellate matters is mandatory.
- Strong drafting, analytical, research, and client-handling skills.
Salary: As per experience & skills Job Type: Full time
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
