We are looking for a Qualified/Semi-Qualified CA with experience in Income Tax assessments and litigation.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle Income Tax scrutiny and assessments.
Handle Search & Seizure and Survey matters.
Draft replies, submissions, appeals, grounds of appeal, and rejoinders.
Represent clients before CIT(A) and ITAT.
Conduct research on Income Tax laws, case laws, CBDT circulars, and judicial rulings.
Manage Income Tax portal filings, documentation, and case records.
Requirements:
Qualified/Semi-Qualified CA.
1–2 years of relevant Income Tax litigation & assessment experience.
Hands-on experience in Search & Seizure and appellate matters is mandatory.
Strong drafting, analytical, research, and client-handling skills.
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
