Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Chartered Accountant role based in Noida.

The Chartered

Accountant will manage day-to-day financial accounting, including recording transactions, preparing financial statements, and ensuring accurate ledgers for the company’s trading and technology operations.

Responsibilities include handling statutory compliances, taxation (direct and indirect), audits, and regulatory filings, while coordinating with internal teams and external auditors. The role will involve financial analysis of trading activities, cost control, budgeting, cash flow management, and supporting management with reports and insights for strategic decision-making.

Accountant will also help strengthen internal controls, implement accounting best practices, and maintain alignment with applicable accounting standards and securities market regulations.

Qualifications

- Qualified qualification as a Chartered Accountant (CA), with strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial reporting, and statutory compliance.
- Experience in taxation, including direct and indirect taxes, GST, TDS, and corporate tax filing, along with familiarity with regulatory requirements for financial services or capital markets.
- Skills in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management to support trading operations and strategic planning.
- Proficiency in accounting and ERP software, MS Excel, and financial modeling tools; comfort working with large volumes of transaction data.
- Ability to manage audits, internal controls, risk assessment, and process documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance across financial activities.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities, with a structured approach to deadlines and multi-tasking.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with trading, technology, and management teams.
- Prior experience in fintech, proprietary trading, broking, or financial services is an advantage; familiarity with securities, derivatives, and exchange regulations will be beneficial.
