Candidate Profile
- 15+ years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts
- Mandatory experience in the Pharmaceutical / Manufacturing industry
- Solid expertise in Finance, Accounts, Taxation, Audit & Compliance
- Sound knowledge of Companies Act, Income Tax, GST, TDS & statutory compliances
- Experience in financial planning, budgeting, MIS & cash-flow management
- Strong understanding of working capital, cost control & financial reporting
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Finance & Accounts function.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
- Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax and other statutory compliances.
- Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors.
- Handle financial planning, budgeting and forecasting.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, receivables and payables.
- Prepare MIS and management reports for senior management.
- Ensure effective internal controls and accounting processes.
- Support management in cost control and financial decision-making.
- Manage banking relationships and financing requirements.
- Ensure compliance with the Companies Act and applicable accounting standards.
- Lead, mentor and develop the Finance & Accounts team
