Role & responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day Finance & Accounts operations of the organization.

- Prepare and review monthly MIS, financial statements and management reports.

- Manage cash flow, working capital, budgeting and financial planning.

- Ensure timely GST, TDS, Income Tax and other statutory compliances.

- Oversee accounts payable, receivable, bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny.

- Review accounting entries, invoices, payments and financial transactions.

- Coordinate with statutory auditors, tax consultants, banks and other stakeholders.

- Support management in financial analysis, costing and business decisions.

- Establish and strengthen internal financial controls and accounting processes.

- Monitor receivables, payables and overall financial discipline.

- Guide and supervise the Finance & Accounts team.

Preferred candidate profile

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI.





- 13 years of relevant post-qualification experience.

- Solid knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax and statutory compliance.

- Good understanding of accounting, financial reporting and taxation.

- Strong skills in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.

- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, infrastructure, steel or similar industries will be preferred.

- Good analytical, communication and team-handling skills.

- Candidates willing to work from Jamshedpur are preferred.
