Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Chartered Accountant with strong expertise in e-commerce accounting. The candidate should have around 5+ years of relevant experience and a good understanding of accounting, taxation, reconciliations, and financial reporting for e-commerce businesses.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee day-to-day accounting and financial activities.

Handle accounting for major e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto, JioMart, etc.

Perform regular reconciliation of marketplace sales, settlements, returns, refunds, fees, commissions, and deductions.

Monitor GST, TDS, TCS, and other statutory compliances.

Prepare and review monthly financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports.

Handle bank, ledger, sales, purchase, and payment reconciliations.

Review marketplace invoices, debit/credit notes, and other financial documents.

Track accounts receivable and payable and ensure timely settlements.

Coordinate with internal teams, auditors, tax consultants,



and e-commerce platforms.

Ensure proper accounting treatment of inventory, returns, discounts, marketplace charges, and other e-commerce transactions.

Assist in budgeting, cash-flow management, and financial planning.

Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and statutory requirements.

Identify accounting discrepancies and implement proper controls to avoid errors.

Requirements

CA qualification from ICAI.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in e-commerce or retail accounting.

Strong knowledge of e-commerce marketplace accounting and reconciliation.

Good knowledge of GST, TDS, TCS, and statutory compliances.

Hands-on experience with Tally/ERP and MS Excel.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Ability to independently manage accounting and finance activities.

Experience handling high-volume e-commerce transactions will be preferred.

Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year
