As we continue to expand our VFX capabilities, we are building a strong team of creative and technical artists to work on our upcoming productions.

We are currently looking for talented Mid-Level and Senior Character Modeling Artists to join our VFX team in Hyderabad.

Role Overview

We are seeking experienced Character Modeling Artists with a strong understanding of anatomy, form, proportion, digital sculpting, and production-ready topology.

The ideal candidate should be capable of creating high-quality, realistic characters for film and VFX production while maintaining both artistic quality and technical efficiency.

We are particularly interested in artists who are comfortable adapting to evolving VFX technologies, AI-assisted tools, and production workflows .

Key Responsibilities :

- Create high-quality 3D character models for film and VFX projects.
- Sculpt realistic and detailed characters with a strong understanding of human anatomy, proportions, forms, and silhouettes .
- Create clean, efficient, and production-ready topology suitable for rigging, animation, and downstream departments.
- Develop detailed facial features, skin forms, clothing, and other character elements based on concepts and references.
- Maintain character likeness, realism, scale, and consistency according to project requirements.




- Translate 2D concepts, scans, photography, and references into high-quality 3D assets.
- Optimize character assets while maintaining visual quality and production requirements.
- Work closely with Modeling Leads, VFX Supervisors, Rigging, Texturing, Look Development, and other departments .
- Incorporate feedback from Leads and Supervisors and deliver assets within production schedules.
- Follow established naming conventions, asset structures, and VFX pipeline standards.
- Stay adaptable to emerging AI-assisted and VFX workflows where relevant to production.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 3–9 years of skilled experience in Character Modeling, preferably within film, VFX, animation, or related production environments.
- Strong knowledge of human anatomy, proportions, facial structure, and realistic character development .
- Strong expertise in digital sculpting and high-resolution character modeling .
- Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as ZBrush and Maya .
- Strong understanding of topology, edge flow, UVs, and production-ready asset creation .
- Ability to create both high-resolution sculpts and optimized production models.
- Strong artistic eye with excellent attention to realism, form, silhouette, and fine detail .
- Good understanding of VFX asset pipelines and downstream requirements.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced production environment.
- Experience working on feature films or high-end VFX projects is preferred.
