Drive Light truck sales through dealers by expanding and managing the dealer network, improving dealer performance, supporting DSE teams, executing channel marketing, and building key customer relationships to identify growth opportunities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Drive LMD sales through dealers and achieve assigned targets.
• Expand and manage the dealer network; identify and develop current channel opportunities.
• Improve dealer performance through regular reviews, business planning and performance support.
• Support and guide DSE teams to improve field effectiveness and sales execution.
• Execute channel marketing initiatives and dealer-focused promotional activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and channel partners.
• Coordinate sales operations and identify market and business growth opportunities.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
• 3–5 years of experience in Automobile / Commercial Vehicle sales.
• Hands-on experience in bus and channel sales preferred.
• Experience in dealer management, sales & channel operations, market analysis and business development.
• Exposure to team handling and CRM is preferred.
• Strong dealer/customer relationship management and sales execution orientation.
