JD - Channel Partner Sourcing

Location - HSR Layout - Bangalore

Working Days - 6 Days (Saturday & Sunday)

We are looking for candidates with relevant experience in channel sales, channel development, or B2B account management, with robust skills in partner acquisition, relationship management, lead generation, and sales closures.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner Acquisition: Identify, onboard, and expand the network of channel partners, builders, and brokers to increase market reach.
- Lead Sourcing: Source quality leads and generate new sales opportunities through partner networks.
- Relationship Management: Conduct regular partner meetings, business reviews, training sessions, and execute roadshows to keep partners engaged.
- Sales Support & Closures: Support partners during client interactions, requirement mapping, site visits, and deal closures.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor partner performance,



sales pipelines, and conversion metrics to ensure business targets are met.
- Program Compliance: Ensure adherence to partner agreements, commercial terms, and manage any channel conflicts effectively. Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 2 to 8 years in channel sales, channel development, or business-to-business (B2B) account management.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, networking, relationship-building, and communication skills

Please note that the required age range for this role is 2732 years. Additionally, Kannada language proficiency is preferred, though it is not mandatory.
