Job Summary

Supertrust Homes is expanding its presence in the Gurgaon real estate market and is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Channel Head to lead our new Gurgaon vertical. The candidate will be responsible for building and managing the channel sales network, developing strong relationships with developers and channel partners, and driving overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the Gurgaon channel sales business.
- Build and maintain a strong network of investors.
- Develop relationships with leading real estate developers and project teams.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's market presence.
- Drive sales targets, revenue, and overall business performance.
- Recruit, train, and manage channel sales teams.
- Develop and execute sales strategies for the Gurgaon market.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing,



and new project launches.
- Ensure effective lead management, follow-ups, site visits, and closures.
- Maintain strong client and developer relationships.

Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience in real estate sales/channel sales.
- Strong knowledge of the Gurgaon/Gurugram real estate market.
- Existing network of brokers/channel partners will be preferred.
- Experience with leading real estate developers/projects.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and business development skills.
- Proven experience in achieving sales and revenue targets.
- Candidates currently handling a team/business in Gurgaon are preferred.
