Work Location : Hyderabad The Client Event Services (CES) team supports close to 50k end users globally and operates in a technically broad, face paced Enterprise Technology environment. The types of events that drive the work CES performs includes Employee Onboarding, Employee Mobility and Transfers, Leavers and Terminations, Firm Mergers, Acquisitions, & Divestitures, and Divisional Restructuring.

Strategy projects and other strategic business initiatives also generate work for the team which manages the entitlements access and system configuration of technology products and services that span three work streams: Information Privilege Management, Voice Privilege Management, and Market Data Privilege Management. CES is constantly focused on transformation and improving the client experience. They partner with various Engineering, Human Resources, Risk, and Compliance teams to create fast, easy, and scalable solutions that meet the continuously changing demands of technology and our business.

Specific duties include:

Provision and De-provision the end users for the Market Data products while following the workflow and the defined processes.

- Strong communication skills, oral and written.
- Respond to requests for technical assistance by phone, email, chat.




- Knowledge on Service Now ticketing tool
- Extended working hours when business needs.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts.
- Ability to work under high pressure.
- Team player, collaborative, works well with global and cross functional teams.
- Active learner, Adaptable and resilient & demonstrates positive judgement
- Collaboration tools: Zoom, Teams, etc.

Experience in at least some of the following areas:

- Use of Telephony and Ticketing systems i.e. Service Now
- Vendor engagement
- Role based access and controls
- MS Outlook and MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point etc)
- Market Data Products: Bloomberg, Refinitiv, etc.
- Data Analytics and Visualization: QlikView, Tableau, or others.
- Knowledgebase Tools, i.e. RightAnswers
- Windows Desktop and Server Operating systems

Job Responsibilities. Processing user requests within service level objectives with a high degree of quality

- Providing excellent client service while setting proper expectations
