IViewSense is looking for Certified Product Associates (CPA) to represent our products and services within their professional network.

Selected Associates will undergo structured IViewSense training covering:

- Software products and platforms
- Hardware and industrial measurement solutions
- Calibration and metrology applications
- Product demonstrations
- Real customer case studies
- Industry-specific applications
- Customer problems and solution mapping
- Product presentation and business-value discussion
- Opportunity identification and qualification

Associates will have the opportunity to study real IViewSense customer case studies and experience software/hardware demonstrations before engaging with prospects.

After successful completion of training and assessment, the individual will receive:

? IViewSense Certified Product Associate (CPA) Certification

? YOUR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MISSION The objective is to develop ₹5 Crore of annual realized revenue for IViewSense.

The Associate will be responsible for the complete business development cycle , including:

Prospect Identification → Product/Service Introduction → Requirement Understanding → Demonstration → Proposal → Commercial Discussion → Purchase Order → Execution Support → Invoice Follow-up → Payment Realization

This is not a lead-referral-only role .

The Associate is expected to support the opportunity through the complete sales cycle until the customer's payment is realized in the IViewSense account.

? COMPENSATION

Fixed Retainership: ₹1.50 Lakh per annum

Performance Commission: 5% of revenue actually realized by IViewSense The 5% commission is calculated on the actual amount received by IViewSense from customers for business attributable to the Certified Product Associate.

Commission is therefore linked to realized revenue , not merely leads, quotations, purchase orders or invoices.

At ₹5 Crore of realized revenue, the 5% performance commission would represent ₹25 Lakh , in addition to the ₹1.50 Lakh annual retainership, subject to the applicable business attribution and commission terms.
