Role Description The Centre Head (Senior Physiotherapist) is a full time, on-site role based at AthloRehab in Gurugram. This role is responsible for leading clinical operations, providing high-quality physiotherapy care, and ensuring that treatment plans align with AthloRehab’s evidence-based and holistic practice standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing patients, designing and implementing individualized rehabilitation programs, supervising therapy sessions, and using advanced techniques such as manual therapy, functional training, and specialized modalities where appropriate.

Head oversees and mentors the clinical team, coordinates patient schedules, maintains documentation and clinical records, and collaborates with referring physicians and other healthcare professionals. The role also involves contributing to service development, maintaining clinical protocols, promoting patient education, and supporting community outreach and brand reputation.

Qualifications

- Strong clinical skills in musculoskeletal, sports injury, spine, orthopedic, neuro, and geriatric physiotherapy, with the ability to design individualized rehabilitation programs.
- Proficiency in evidence-based physiotherapy techniques, including manual therapy, functional training, and advanced modalities such as dry needling, cupping therapy, kinesiology taping, and myofascial release (MFR).
- Demonstrated leadership and center management abilities, including team supervision, workflow coordination, and adherence to clinical protocols and quality standards.
- Excellent patient assessment, communication, and counseling skills, with a focus on empathetic, gender-neutral, and non-discriminatory care.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills, including maintaining accurate treatment records and managing appointments efficiently.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, referring doctors, and other healthcare professionals.
