Role Overview The Center Manager is responsible for skill Development Projects the overall operations, performance, and growth of the center. This role ensures smooth day-to-day functioning, high customer satisfaction, team leadership, and achievement of business targets while maintaining quality and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily center operations to ensure efficiency and service excellence
- Manage and motivate staff, including scheduling, training, and performance reviews
- Ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality service delivery and issue resolution
- Monitor center performance against KPIs, budgets, and revenue targets
- Implement operational policies, procedures, and compliance standards
- Handle admissions/sales processes and support business development initiatives
- Maintain inventory, vendor coordination, and facility management
- Prepare and submit operational, financial, and performance reports
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, partners, and head office

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
