Senior role responsible for leading overall operations, sales targets, and marketing activities across all centres. Ensures business growth, team performance, and smooth day-to-day functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end centre operations and ensure SOP compliance.
- Lead sales teams, drive enrolments, and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
- Plan and execute marketing activities (digital offline).
- Monitor KPIs, prepare business reports, and support management decisions.
- Handle team training, performance reviews, and process improvements.
- Manage escalations, client satisfaction, and quality delivery.
Requirements:
- 3–6 years experience in operations, sales & marketing (EdTech preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication,
and analytical skills.
- Target-oriented, team-handling experience, and ability to multitask.
- Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
- Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
