Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Center Head located in Navi Mumbai. The Center Head will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the training centre(s), managing and supporting coaching staff, ensuring the quality and consistency of training programs, ensuring profitability for their centre(s) and engaging with students and their families.
The role also includes administrative tasks, reporting, and collaboration with other departments for program improvement and growth.
Qualifications
- 0-2 years of experience in managing sports training centre or similar facilities
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal & convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of football as a sport
- Administrative and organisational skills
- Ability to work in office in Mumbai
- Relevant education in sports management or related field is a plus
- Passion for football and commitment to the development of young players
