About the Role

We are looking for a CCTV Specialist who will be responsible for monitoring and managing CCTV cameras installed across our US office locations while working from our India office in Noida.

The ideal candidate should be highly alert, observant, responsible, and capable of continuously monitoring CCTV feeds to ensure employee safety, security, compliance, and proper workplace conduct. The role requires close attention to activity at US locations and timely reporting of any unusual or suspicious incidents.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor live CCTV feeds of our US office locations from the Noida office.
- Maintain continuous and vigilant observation of employee activities and office premises.
- Identify and immediately report any suspicious, unusual, unauthorized, or security-related activity.
- Monitor entry and exit movements and ensure compliance with office security protocols.
- Keep a close watch on employee movement, workplace activities, and adherence to company guidelines.
- Escalate critical incidents to the concerned management/security team without delay.
- Maintain daily CCTV monitoring reports and incident logs.
- Review recorded CCTV footage whenever required for investigations or incident verification.
- Coordinate with US-based teams/management regarding CCTV-related incidents and observations.
- Ensure CCTV cameras are functioning properly and report technical issues to the concerned IT/security team.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of CCTV footage and information.
- Prepare regular reports on incidents, observations, and security concerns.
- Respond promptly to management requests for specific CCTV footage or monitoring.




- Follow all company policies related to employee privacy, security, confidentiality, and CCTV usage.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in CCTV monitoring, surveillance, security operations, or a similar role.
- Experience handling and monitoring multiple CCTV cameras simultaneously.
- Strong observation and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to identify unusual behavior or security concerns quickly.
- Valuable communication and reporting skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CCTV monitoring software.
- Ability to maintain accurate monitoring and incident records.
- Strong sense of responsibility, alertness, and confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts.
- Comfortable working in a US night-shift environment.
